For the Base:

For the Filling:

    4 medium apples (e.g., Braeburn or Granny Smith), peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
    50g sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    50g almond flour
    50ml cream

For the Streusel Topping:

    100g all-purpose flour
    80g sugar
    80g unsalted butter (cold, diced)
    50g sliced almonds
