This bread crock keeps bread fresh longer. The inside of the lid is not glazed and can therefore absorb moisture, and the air holes ensure a good climate in the crock. Bread crocks should not be put in the dishwasher.
Since the inside of the lid is not glazed, it impairs the function of the bread crock. Therefore, they are only wiped with a damp cloth,
