We produce to order a bread crock for at least one loaf of bread and a few rolls. This bread crock keeps bread fresh longer. The lid is not glazed on the inside and can therefore absorb moisture, and the air holes ensure a good climate in the crock. Bread crocks should not be put in the dishwasher. Since the lid is not glazed on the inside, this would cancel out the function of the bread crock. That is why they should only be wiped out with a damp cloth.
