my name is Chrisy, am 27 years old and do live in Aachen Germany.
Since I was a little child I have loved the ocean and snow. From a very young age I went snowboarding every winter and in 2015 I started surfing and just felt more and more connected to the ocean.
I have been travelling a lot with my parents and at the age of 18 I have moved to Australia where the idea of The Rebels Co. began. With some help I have created my Logo and started sewing some prototypes.
Sadly I couldn`t stay in Australia and I had to go back to Germany where I had to focus on my full-time job. After Covid and now being stable in my full-time job I wanted to restart idea from The Rebels Co. and here I am.
All my products are handmade with love. The fabric is ordered in Europe and then cut and sewn by myself.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. SECTION 7 - CONTACT INFORMATION

Section 8- Shipping
All our packages will be send within 2-5 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Once we shipped your package, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48hours to update. As soon as we ship your package we will not be hold responsible for any lost or damaged packages. (§446 BGB)
However if your package got lost please follow these steps below:
1. Enter your tracking number into dhl.com
2. This will tell you the latest update to where your package has been scanned
3. If it says “delivered” and you did not received the package please check on your neighbours before contacting us.
4. If you have done all that please email us with your order number, tracking number, full name and address, immediately so we can contact the post office.
We will get in contact with the office which will take time. Please be patient and as soon as we receive an answer we will let you know asap.
Please note that you are responsible to always double or triple check your address. Since the addresses outside of Germany are very different we rely on your address with the order. If the package does come back due to incorrect address you are responsible to pay for second attempt shipping. If you refuse to pay for shipping again since you don’t want the product anymore we can give you a refund excluding the shipping and handling costs back to our warehouse.
Section 9 - Handmade & Defective products
All our products are handmade with love. Therefore differences to the pictures on the website can occur. Please be aware that we try our best to send out high quality items however it always can happen that there will be a defective item we missed. In that case please read our RETURN POLICY for the next step. We will not be hold responsible and send a refund for damaged items:
1. Pouches that:
~ faded due to dry in direct sunlight
~ opened the zipper with too much force
~ ripped the zipper due to overpacking the pouch
~ the pouch didn’t get cleaned like the instructions
~ Color’s change or material breakage due to lack of cleaning after salt water use
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been worn or washed and it has to be in the same condition that you received it in.
Gift cards are unfortunately not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund the amount paid for the product EXCLUDING the original shipping & handling costs. Also note, that you will be responsible paying for shipping to our warehouse. We advice you to use tracked shipping since we can not be hold responsible for any lost packages on the way to us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund 10 business days after it has been posted, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form online.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Limited Edition Items
Since they are limited quantity, unfortunately, limited edition Items are non-refundable.
Flaw(less) Items (factory second products)
Since all our products are handmade errors can happen. We promise you, all our flaw(less) items are made with love and have the same condition like our "normal" items.
Unfortenately our flaw(less) items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges, only if our products is in its original condition. It must not have been worn, washed or used. You have 14 days after the reception of the product to exchange it. Follow the instructions on our website under the tab exchange to know how to exchange your product. The shipping cost paid to return the product from The Rebels Co. for an exchange is neither covered nor reimbursed by us, but we will pay to send it back to you! You can follow our exchange instructions here.
Shipping
To exchange or return your product, you should email us for further steps. Please do not mail us the package before we say so.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible if an item gets lost during delivery. We also strongly discourage using private shipping companies to return your item to us. These companies often charge us fees upon reception of your package, which we must refuse to pay. In that case, your package will be returned to you. We recommend sending your package through your local post office. (DHL, Hermes or fedex to name a few)
