• The silicone mold can only be used for handicrafts such as soap base, candle wax, plaster and epoxy resin.
• These molds are not suitable for contact with food and must not be used for food.
• Overheating of more than 180C should be avoided.
• The main dangers of using non-food-safe silicone molds arise from the handling of the cast materials. Therefore, the material to be poured should be prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions. It is advisable to always work in well-ventilated rooms to minimize exposure to toxic fumes. In addition, it is recommended to wear protective gloves and, if necessary, a respirator, especially when working with epoxy resins.
• The use of sharp objects near the silicone mold should be avoided to prevent cutting or scratching, as this can significantly shorten the life of the mold.
