Using the candle correctly
Never leave the candle burning without supervision and make sure that it does not remain lit for more than 4 hours at a time.
Do not move your candle while it is burning or the wax is still liquid.
Never place a candle in a draught or in direct contact with a precious surface. It must be placed on a flat and heat-resistant surface.
Preferably extinguish the candle with a lid or candle snuffer to avoid smoke and wax splashes.

Keep the candle out of reach of children and pets.

Finally, you should trim the wick regularly with wick scissors (optimal to 3-5 mm) to prevent the candle from sooting or the wick sinking into the wax, which would make the candle unusable.
