Brouwershaven I - Watercolour painting on paper and cardboard

Holidays in Holland - Summer 2024 - Visit to the idyllic harbour towns of Brouwershaven. The Stadthaven is "framed" by rows of houses, pretty and original.
I painted the watercolor painting on site and later drew it on painting cardboard and provided it with a wax layer. This protects the colors from light and dirt. The picture can thus be set up or framed alone and does not have to be behind glass :-) I like the direct interaction with the image here.
