• The footband can be adjusted in size by the sliding knot. By pulling on the ends, it adapts to the ankle.
-> Adjustable from approx. 22 cm to a maximum of approx. 40 cm
• Cotton, waxed polyester cord

Tip: If the ribbon ends are too long for you, you can simply shorten them by making a tight knot where you want the ribbons to end. Then you can cut off the protruding ribbon with the original knot. Hold the cord ends briefly under a lighter, this is the best way to fix the knot. But be careful not to shorten the straps too far!
