Hand-knitted oversize sweater – an exclusive one-of-a-kind piece!

This sweater is a unique piece hand-knitted by me according to my own design and ready to ship immediately. The loose knit and the use of multi-thread yarn remnants from my other projects create a unique garment that combines sustainability and creativity.

Size and fit

• Size: XXL (but also fits other sizes, depending on body shape and fit preferences – after all, fashion knows no gender).
• I myself wear an XXL and am 165 cm tall. The sweater fits oversized and is therefore also well suited for taller people.
• Hint: If you are unsure about the fit, feel free to write to me - I will help you!

Dimensions (all measured horizontally, approx. information):

• Body: 73 cm wide, 52 cm long (worn longer)
• Sleeves: 25 cm wide, 22 cm long (worn longer)
• Neckline: 30 cm wide

Comfort and styling

I photographed the sweater once with a bustier and once with a longsleeve – I like both looks very much. The sweater is also comfortable to wear on bare skin, but I recommend sensitive people to wear a shirt underneath.

• The loose knit ensures that the sweater becomes softer over time and/or after a wash and can easily widen.
• Versatile: The sweater has no front or back and can be worn from both sides.

Design and workmanship

The sweater convinces with its simple cut:

• Boxy, wide body
• Boat neck
• Dropped shoulders
• Wide sleeves – all without cuffs for a casual and modern look.

I knitted with needle size 15 in stockinette stitch, only the shoulder seams are present. For the production I knotted different yarns in different lengths together and also processed smaller quantities great. This resulted in visible color transitions and small fringes that are part of the design.

• Materials used: Mohair, wool and/or blends with synthetic fibers. Some yarns are repeated, others have only been processed once. This time I also added some glitter leftovers .
• Hint: Some of the yarns can lose hair.

Sustainability

This sweater is sustainably made, as I only used yarn scraps from my other projects and second-hand materials . I include repair wool with each sweater so that it can be repaired if necessary.

Care

• Always store knitwear flat to maintain shape.
• Hand wash recommended: Do not wring or rub, spin at max. 1000 rpm, then shake loosely and let dry flat.

Particularities

This sweater brings color to any outfit and convinces with its loose cut and eye-catching, creative design. It combines a certain punk or grunge attitude with a relaxed oversize fit. Perfect for all those who appreciate individual and expressive fashion - an absolute eye-catcher even for plus sizes!

• Every stitch of this sweater has been knitted with passion. I let my creativity run wild and combine different techniques and materials to create a real work of art.
