Mohair Sweater, Mohair Shirt, Hand Knitted Unique Piece

A soft sweater, hand-knitted according to your own design and ready to ship. A loose knit made of pink mottled yarn.

Perfect fit and measurements

I have specified the sweater here with an S size. But it certainly also fits other sizes, depending on body shape and fit preference. If you are unsure, feel free to write to me.

My model wears size S and is 172 cm tall.

Dimensions (all measured horizontally and only approximate):

• Body: 37 cm long, 58 cm wide
• Arms: 14 cm long, 18 cm wide
• Neckline: 30 cm wide

Worn the sweater may be a little longer. Knitwear tends to become softer and larger through wear and/or washing. Please keep that in mind.

Material and special features

I washed the sweater after the photo shoot with a mild wool conditioner. The wool has become even softer and the yarn, which was spun as a tube, is more voluminous and the stitches denser. The cut is kept simple: boxy body with a boat neckline, dropped shoulders and short arms. Knitted with an NS of 15 mm, the result is a very loose knit.

Two threads are made of mohair, alpaca and synthetics (I bought the yarn second hand). Due to the alpaca content, the wool is not so light and falls very nicely. In addition to pink and beige, tiny little accents in purple and yellow can be seen.

I point out that the material loses hair.

Care

An exclusive garment. Slow fashion instead of fashion fast food. Sustainable and made to be enjoyed for many years. To ensure that you can enjoy the knitted piece for a long time, you should always store it lying down. I add repair wool, keep it well, so that if something breaks, the sweater can be repaired.
