FriendsFair is a family start-up, founded by Inna and Daria.

Inna is the heart of the start-up. During the Corona period, she tried to open her own knitting shop online and encountered so many difficulties in setting up and promoting Instagram, Facebook page, her own website that she didn't have time for what she really wanted to do – knitting. That's why Inna decided to create FriendsFair, a marketplace for those who also want to focus on offering what they love locally. For Inna, the integration of her generation over 50 and the coexistence of different cultures, languages and skills on one platform are particularly important.

Daria is the head of the start-up. She has been working internationally in innovation management for many years and is passionate about the idea of inclusion across cultures while focusing on benefits for the local community. It integrates new technologies, works on the technical part of the user experience and creates partnerships with our salespeople and other start-ups.

Daria is responsible for explainer videos, community management, and the selection and introduction of new features.

In our team, which currently consists of five people, we are continuously developing FriendsFair as a marketplace for the smallest local sellers. We believe that with FriendsFair we can restore and even strengthen the real market community feeling, where the focus shifts from the product to the story behind it, to the personality of the seller and to the interpersonal relationships. Join us on this amazing journey – no matter who you are and where you come from! Our marketplace is already available for those who live in Germany.
